​How Do I Place An Order?​

To place an order, you can go to the online shop page in the navigation bar. There are details about placing an order at the very top of the page.  To email us about a custom piece, you can reach us at ethniquebyzee@gmail.com, or on the Custom page located in the navigation bar. Please note that there may be additional charges for all custom pieces. This does not apply to the customizable pieces sold in the online shop. Additional charges will be discussed in detail with you during the ordering process. No one likes to feel hoodwinked!

 

​Sizing, Styling, and other Order issues

Size definitely matters! The size of all earrings and necklaces are provided in your Style Package, the information email you receive from me when you order. I measure the length of all earrings in inches, so you don't buy them too large. All Necklaces come with an extender unless I am directed otherwise. Please make me aware if you have sensitive skin, or if you feel like you have a rather large or rather small wrist, so that I may size accordingly. These are custom pieces, so they should fit as comfortably as possible. I will NOT charge extra for making bracelets bigger or smaller.



Payment and Shipping

Payment is done through Paypal. Processing can take up to one week! The jewelry must be hand crafted and dried before it is shipped. Ethnique promises to ship with love and care, and as quickly and efficiently as possible. To ensure your happiness, please feel free to keep in contact with us about the progress of your piece.



Returns & Refunds

Refunds are available only if the product is (1) damaged upon arrival , (2) the order is incorrect, (3) you change your mind about the order within one week of ownership.  These occurrences must be properly documented. Because of the extensive process Ethnique goes through to ensure all custom pieces are exactly what the customer desires, refunds will not be given because you have "buyer's remorse". If this is the case, the jewelry can be exchanged if it has not been worn. Please note that worn jewelry will be inspected and cleaned.
